We meet in Kathmandu April 29, 2019. As per the itinerary, we spend one full day in in Kathmandu on a cultural experience prior to our flight into the Solo-Khumbu region and the beginning of the actual trek. Weather permitting, we will be at Mt. Everest’s famed Base Camp on October 14. Instead of rushing back down we spend one more day up high to view Mt. Everest, in all is splendor, from the stupendous lookout point, Kala Pattar. We’ll be back in Kathmandu on May 14, 2019.

The Base fee for the trip is $5,997 (USD) per person all inclusive, double occupancy – check for discounts offered (first 10 only)….space is limited (the region can only accommodate a finite number of people) and we will strictly abide by the rule of first come first serve.

Important Steps – Payment Schedule and Discounts:

STEP 1. If you have any interest or intention of being on this adventure, email Werner immediately to get placed on the list. Space is limited.

STEP 2.   Once your application has been accepted a non-refundable deposit of $750 will hold your space (this helps lock in the Nepal base fees for accommodation, meals, guides, flight to Lukla and support staff). Now you have two payment and discount options:

  1. Book before October 15, 2018, pay in full and receive a $800 Early Booking discount
  2. Book before November 30, 2018, pay in full and receive a $600 Booking discount

  1. Book before October 15, 2018, pay the deposit of $750 plus equal monthly payments to May 31, 2019 and deduct $400 off the base fee
  2. Book before November 30, 2018, pay the deposit of $750 plus equal monthly payments to May 31, 2019 and deduct $200 off the base fee

If single occupancy is required add $350 to the above fees.

Please note – no refunds can be given after January 31, 2019 since the Nepali outfitters require payment up front and will have expended fees on permits, bookings, porters and other preparations (if you are unable to go and have made payments you may replace yourself if the exchange person has the fitness level to keep up).

Sorry we are unable to accept credit cards since all our Nepali payments must be made in cash (or by forfeiting a 5% payment surcharge); and we have reduced the cost of the trip to be as affordable as possibly, without a compromise in quality. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer or Paypal, please accept all transfer fees (incoming and outgoing).

Thank you…we are looking forward to an exciting and fulfilling trek.

Please indicate your payment option under the section, APPLICATION.
